    Rumors are that the new iPhone will be announced at Apple's World Wide Developers Conference today. The most confirmed feature rumor is that the phone will be built off a 3G chip which allows for faster data transmission over a cell network.

    I put my old iPhone on sale on eBay last Friday to pay for the new one, is anyone else planning on making the jump?

    Any signs of it coming to different carriers?

    I have Alltel which apparently just merged with Verizon.

    I plan on getting the new one. I haven't sold mine though. I think I am going to give my current one to my wife.

    verizon/alltel don't use sim cards... so hopes of an iphone are probably only going to stay hopes

    Might want to rethink selling it. I just sold my 8GB on eBayBay today for $500 (the kid is nice with the ebay game). Going to get a 16GB in July and put the other $200 towards a new fanny pack.
