so ive been reading about this cat all day and this has become a serious moral dispute raging in my head now.
basically, hes a photographer in a lot of hot water over his work being displayed at a Sydney art gallery. the reason? because the nude female form posing in the art is that of a 12 year old. obviously, a couple of lines were crossed in the minds of conservatives, but are those lines crossed in general society, or moreso, in the artistic society? as put by Thought-Factory.net

Does the image support the conservative interpretation of being child pornography? For it to be a pornographic image, then it needs to show engaging in sexual activity, or (being) depicted in an indecent sexual manner or context. Does this image show that? Isn't this the question we should be asking?

i am obviously not going to post the picture itself, as i will leave it to your own personal tastes to view or not, plus i dont think david would appreciate such controversial images on his site. as a side thought to this issue, take not that ive found his alleged child-porn in full view on the internet, without need of age verification or membership anywhere. simple google search of "Bill Henson" will bring alot of his most disputed up in the images.

well, i meant when they were teen/tween age..
